Start by meeting with DJ Jason at a time that suits you. During this session, we’ll dive into your wedding plans, vibes, venue, and the overall vision you have for your wedding day. Throughout the entire planning process, you will have full access to DJ Jason through emails, text and calls.

OUR PROVEN WEDDING DJ ENTERTAINMENT PROCESS
Your wedding day should be exactly what you’ve dreamed of, and my job is to help make that happen. After our discussion, you’ll have all the information needed to choose what’s best for your celebration. No pushy sales, no outdated packages—just a laser sharp focus on understanding your dream so we can make it a reality.
PLAN.
The planning process is tailored to your event from the moment you decide to move forward. You’ll work closely with your DJ Jason to shape the entertainment experience, ensuring it reflects your unique vision. Along the way, you’ll consider all the key details, including song preferences and any special requests. He will guide you through every step, making sure everything is customized to create the perfect vibe for your celebration.
CREATE.
As your wedding day nears, you’ll submit your completed wedding planning documentation via our internal planning form. This ensures that we’re all on the same page when it comes to the entertainment details for your celebration. With everything organized, we dedicate the time needed to make sure your wedding plans come to life flawlessly.

I will play all the music for your special day. This includes Ceremony Sound, Cocktail Hour and Reception DJ/MC performance.

Terms

The performance fee does not include equipment setup.

Equipment can be sourced at the destination through our established contacts, or the client may choose to procure equipment based on our technical rider.

For travel arrangements, the client has the option to handle bookings using their own channels and resources.

The client is responsible for providing accommodation.

Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before the event date

Deposits are non-refundable.

The standard performance duration is 6 hours. Additional hours will be charged at a predetermined rate.

All equipment must meet the specifications outlined in the technical rider to ensure optimal performance quality.

The client assumes responsibility for the security of all equipment provided for the event and any damages incurred during the rental period.

DJ Jason reserves the right to capture photos and videos during the performance for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
